Are your products authentic?
Our suppliers are sourcing directly from the brands themselves or through official distributors. All our products are 100% authentic and come with original tags. Please read out commitment to authenticity.

How do I place an order?
1. Select a category like Shoes or Handbags to explore.
2. Once you have done so, choose your size under the dropdown menu of an item and click “Add to Cart”. You will see a number appear next to the shopping bag icon indicating the number of items you have in your cart.
3. When you are ready to check out, click on the bag icon and you will be taken to a page with a summary of the items you wish to purchase.
4. Click on “Proceed to checkout”
5. Enter your details and address and click “Pay now”.
Are you charging any custom fees?
Elegantiks is not charging any customs fees. If customs charge any fees when importing your order, your shipping provider will automatically invoice you directly. So it would be DHL, UPS or FedEx who would charge you upon delivery and due import taxes.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently take orders from countries within the European Union, Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia , Peru and most African countries with DHL service.

How long does delivery take and how can I track my item?
Delivery is expected to be within 5-7 business days.
Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. Elegantiks cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you may place an order as a guest.
However, we highly recommend that you sign up for an account so you can track and review purchases from your account. You can also save your address and personal details which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time.
I’ve forgotten my password - what should I do?
On the "Log In" page, click on the “Forgot password” link and we will email you instructions to reset your password.
Is my package insured?
Yes we insure every package while in transit to our customers.
What If I do not pick up my order?
With FedEx, UPS, and DHL the courier will try 2-3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order. All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package. In case an order is not picked up, the item is returned to us and we deduct 45€ from the refund.
